This workshop focused on the demystification process, which helps students understand their strengths, needs, and the strategies they need to use to be successful. The presenters guided participants through the purposes and processes of demystification.  They shared a sophisticated analysis of learning profiles, and an exposition of a structured method for adult/student communication.
